We accept Aetna, Beech Street, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Coventry, First Health, Humana, PHCS Plans, United Healthcare and several others. Please call our office to find out if we accept your insurance.
At MMG, we provide quality healthcare to our patients. In most instances this care will be covered by your insurance provider. However, it is ultimately the patient's responsibility to know the extent of their coverage. Questions regarding your benefits and covered services should be addressed to your insurance provider. Charges that are not covered by the insurance carrier will be billed to the patient.
